[摘要]目的：通过颧骨缩小手术在面部改型方面的临床实践应用，探讨总结手术经验，进一步提高手术效果。方法：回顾性分析120例颧骨缩小术的临床资料。结果：术后随访3月，所有患者均恢复良好，术后颧骨缩小程度、面部轮廓改善满意。结论：颧骨缩小手术对面部改型效果良好，值得临床推广。

    Clinical application of reduction plasty of malar bone

    Abstract: Objective To approach clinical application of reduction plasty of malar bone on Face remodeling, to summarize operative experience, for improvming operative curative effect. Methods Retrospective analysis 120 operation on reduction plasty of malar bone. Results Followed up three months after operation,all patients were recovery well, reduction degree of malar bone and face outline were both satisfactory. Conclusions Reduction plasty of malar bone is effect on Face remodeling.
