羟基乙酸联合1319nmNd:YAG激光面部除皱的临床及基础研究(1)

     [摘要]目的:观察羟基乙酸联合1319nmNd:YAG激光治疗面部皱纹的效果并探讨其除皱机制。方法:30例患者,随机分为两组,A组予果酸治疗组,B组为联合治疗组,予果酸联合1319nmNd:YAG激光治疗;选择40只SD大鼠,随机分空白对照组,光老化组,果酸治疗组及联合治疗组各10只,联合治疗组予果酸联合1319nmNd:YAG激光治疗并比较不同组大鼠皮肤组织学改变。结果:联合治疗组有效率达80%,而果酸治疗组达60%。组间有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=3.801,P<0.05);联合治疗组高于果酸治疗组。造模光老化大鼠真皮胶原变性、断裂、减少、排列紊乱,经激光及果酸治疗后得到改善,联合治疗改善更明显。结论:1319nmNd:YAG激光联合羟基乙酸面部除皱疗效优于单纯羟基乙酸治疗。

    Basic and clinical research of the treatment of wrinkle reduction in face used by glycolicacid and 1319nmNd:YAG laser

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effectiveness of glycolicacid and 1319nm Nd:YAG laser in wrinkle reduction of face and explore its possible mechanism. Methods 30 patients were divided into two groups randomly. Group A was given only glycolicacid treatment, group B was treated with glycolicacid and 1319nmNd:YAG laser. At the same time 40 SD-rats were randomly divided into control group, photoaged group,glycolicacid treatment group and laser- glycolicacid treatment group,laser-glycolicacid treatment group was treated by 1319nmNd:YAG laser and glycolica- cid. Results The effectiveness ratio of two groups were 80.0%, 60.0% respectively, and there was a significantly statistic difference between them.(χ2=3.801,P<0.05).And the degeneration,reduction and disorder of dremal collagen improved after 1319nm-Nd:YAG laser and glycolicacid treatment, laser- glycolicacid treatment gr- oup was better in effect than glycolicacid treatment group. Conclusion 1319nm Nd: YAG laser comebined with glycolicacid had been proven to be better for wrinkle reduction in face.
