血清总胆汁酸测定在肝胆疾病诊断中的应用

【摘要】 目的通过对血清总胆汁酸水平的检测来观察其在肝胆疾病诊断中的临床意义。方法 采用全自动生化分析仪对225例肝胆疾病患者及146例健康体检者进行血清总胆汁酸和常规肝功能检测。结果 各类肝胆疾病患者TBA均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),且其灵敏度和特异性明显优于其他肝功能指标。结论 血清总胆汁酸水平测定在肝胆疾病的诊断中有重要意义。
