【摘要】 目的 研究面动脉-颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复口腔癌术后组织缺损的手术配合。方法 回顾分析和总结应用面动脉-颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复口腔癌术后组织缺损的5例手术配合经过。结果 术前做好相关准备,手术护理配合谨慎细心,手术顺利完成。结论 正确合理的手术护理配合方法有助于手术顺利完成,缩短手术时间,减少术后反应,有利于皮瓣成活。
