103例免疫耐受期乙肝患者抗病毒的疗效分析

【摘要】 目的 分析并评价核苷类似物阿德福韦脂对免疫耐受期乙肝患者抗乙肝病毒的治疗效果。方法 对口服药物阿德福韦脂对103例免疫耐受期乙肝患者进行抗病毒治疗，10 mg/d，在第3、6、9个月时进行复查肝功能、HBV-M和HBV DNA。结果 本组全部103例口服阿德福韦脂治疗3个月时进行复查显示完全应答、部分应答以及无应答患者分别为13例(12.45%)、43例(41.25%)和47例(46.30%)；治疗6个月时分别为19例(18.70%)、63例(61.48%)和21例(20.82%)；9个月时检测分别为27(26.49%)、60(58.72%)和16(15.79%)。本组103例患者未发现不良反应病例。结论 口服阿德福韦脂治疗免疫耐受期乙肝患者，在9个月的观察期内，疗效令人满意。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and evaluate the results of the nucleoside analogue Adefovir on the immune tolerant phase in patients with anti-hepatitis B virus.Methods 103 cases with adefovir were given auti-virus in immune tolerant phase (10 mg/d).The liver function,HBV-M and HBV wer rivewed in the first 3,6,9 months.Results Of all 103 cases of oral Adefovir lipid treatment for 3 months for review show complete response, partial response and no response patients were 13 cases (12.45%), 43 cases (41.25%) and 47 patients (46.30 %),treatment for 6 months were 19 cases (18.70%), 63 patients (61.48%) and 21 patients (20.82%),detected at 9 months were 27 (26.49%), 60 (58.72%) and 16 (15.79%). The group of 103 patients found no cases of adverse reactions. Conclusion Oral Adefovir treatment of immune tolerant phase lipid in patients with hepatitis B, 9-month observation period, the effect is satisfactory.
