CA199在卵巢畸胎瘤诊断中的临床意义(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨血清CA199在卵巢畸胎瘤诊断中的临床意义。方法 收集2005年6月至2010年6月在我院就诊的256例卵巢畸胎瘤手术患者为研究对象，且术前进行包括CA199在内的4项肿瘤标记物的检查。结果 4种肿瘤标记物中，CA199表达阳性率最高，且与畸胎瘤的大小、单双侧、所含成分等显著相关(P<005)。结论 卵巢畸胎瘤的直径越大、未成熟成分多，为双侧时，其阳性率明显升高，推测CA199在卵巢畸胎瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断中具有一定的临床意义。血清CA199升高时，无论对侧卵巢外观是否正常，均应仔细检查对侧卵巢，同时剖探。CA199显著升高时，提示卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤的可能性较大。【关键词】 卵巢肿瘤；畸胎瘤；糖抗原199The clinical significance of CA199 in ovarian teratoma GONG Li, WANG Yanping, Wang Xiuqin, et al.Department of Gynaecology,People’s Hospital of Rizhao, Rizhao 276800, China
