【摘要】 目的 探讨新兵体检CT头部平扫的临床意义。方法 对湖南地区5年18741例新兵体检复查时进行头部CT常规扫面检查并对11244例发现有异常但未退兵的战士进行3年追踪观察。结果 发现蛛网膜囊肿196例、透明隔腔和囊肿254例， 脑动脉瘤3例， 脑动静脉畸形5例， 其他疾病3例。结论 CT头部平扫对发现新兵先天性异常和后天性疾病有重要的临床意义， 为决定是否退兵提供重要的参考依据。
