高血压患者动脉僵硬度与左室肥厚的相关性研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨原发性高血压患者动脉僵硬度与左室肥厚之间的关系。 方法 选取本院2010年1月~2011年6月高血压患者和健康体检者各100例,分别视为病例组和对照组,借助超声检测并计算所有研究对象的颈动脉僵硬度指数β和左室重量指数(LVMI),观察二者在不同人群中的水平,并分析相互关系。 结果 病例组和对照组的β值分别为19.23±3.11和10.94±2.12,前者高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。病例组LVMI为(128.70±30.47) g/m2高于对照组的(97.83±20.75) g/m2,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。左室肥厚组的β值与LVMI均最高,其次为左室非肥厚组,对照组最低,高血压患者的LVMI同β值呈显著正相关(r = 0.801,P < 0.0 5)。 结论 无创监测颈总动脉僵硬度指数β,可用于不良心血管事件的临床风险控制。

    Relationship of artery stiffness with left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the relationship of artery stiffness with left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension. Methods One hundred hypertension patients and 100 healthy subjects from January 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital were recruited as the case group and the control group. Doppler ultrasound detection was applied, while the carotid artery stiff index β and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were calculated and analyzed and bfor all the objects during different groups. Results The β value in the case group and the control group were (19.23±3.11) and (10.94±2.12), respectively, and it was higher in hypertension patients than healthy subjects, there were all significant differences between them (P < 0.05). The level of LVMI was( 128.70±30.47) g/m2 in the case group, which was higher than that in the control group with the LVMI level of (97.83±20.75) g/m2, there were all significant differences between two groups (P < 0.05). The value of β and LVMI was the highest in the left ventricular hypertrophy group, the second was the left ventricular not hypertrophy group, while the control group was the lowest. The value of β was positively corre1ated with LVMI in patients with hypertension (r = 0.801, P < 0.05).
