整体护理在普外科病房中的应用效果分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨整体护理在普外科病房的应用效果。 方法 选取2013年1～12月来本院普外科治疗的172例患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各86例，对照组实施常规基础护理，观察组在实施常规基础护理上实施整体护理。比较两组患者的心理反应良好率及护理满意度。 结果 观察组心理反应良好率(93.02%)明显高于对照组(84.88%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度(97.67%)明显高于对照组(77.91%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 普外科实施整体护理使患者对医院的信任感增强，患者的心理反应有较大改善，也提高了护理满意度。
