[摘要]目的 探讨综合护理在老年高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2015年3月～2016年4月老年高血压脑出血患者44例，随机抽取，平均分成观察组与对照组，各22例，观察组患者使用综合护理模式，对照组患者则采用常规护理，观察两组患者住院时间及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的住院时间[(20.14±1.53)d]短于对照组[(27.45±2.07)d]，护理满意度(100.0%)高于对照组(81.8%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理对老年高血压脑出血患者的临床护理效果十分明显，能够缩短患者的住院时间，提高患者恢复速度，增加患者的满意程度，值得在临床上广泛推广。
