综合护理干预对尿道下裂术后患儿康复效果的影响(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨尿道下裂患儿经手术治疗后，最佳的护理方法。方法 选取我院2016年10月～2017年9月收治的76例尿道下裂患儿作为研究对象，按患儿入院时间的不同分为常规组(37例)和综合组(39)例，常规组采取传统的护理方法，综合组进行综合护理干预。比较两组的排便情况、疼痛感受、并发症发生率和住院时间。结果 综合组排便情况优于常规组，综合组疼痛评分低于常规组。综合组尿瘘、尿道狭窄和尿道窒息的发生率低于常规组，综合组住院时间短于常规组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预有效提高了尿道小裂术后患儿的康复效果，效果显著。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the best nursing method for children with urethral hypospadias after operation.Methods A total of 76 Children with hypospadias treated in our hospital were selected as subjects from October 2016 to September 2017.According to time of admission，they were divided into routine group (37 cases) and comprehensive group (39 cases).The routine group was adopted traditional nursing method，and comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out in the comprehensive group.Defecation，pain，complications and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The defecation in the comprehensive group was better than that in the routine group (P<0.05)，and the pain score in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05).The incidence of urinary fistula，urethral stricture and urethral asphyxia in the combined group was lower than that in the routine group (P<0.05).The duration of hospitalization in the comprehensive group was shorter than that in the conventional group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of children after urethral hypospadias，and the effect is remarkable.

尿道下裂是男性兒童一种较为常见的先天畸形，据报道，大约125～150名男婴中，就有1例尿道下裂患儿[1-3]。患儿发病后，症状表现如异位尿道口和阴茎下弯等，在给患儿带来生活不便的同时，也严重影响了心理的成长[4]。因此在患儿3～4岁时，进行手术治疗是一种行之有效的方法。但由于患儿年龄较小，在术后很容易出现哭闹等情况，为其后期的康复带来一定困难。为了有效解决该问题，我院儿外科在患儿手术完成后，采取综合护理干预的方法，效果显著，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料
以我院2016年10月～2017年9月儿外科收治的76例前天性尿道下裂患儿作为研究对象。所有患儿符合尿道下裂的诊断标准，均为初次就诊且采取手术治疗的患儿。征得医院医学伦理委员会批准，在患儿及家属知情同意的情况下，根据患儿入院时间的不同进行分组，即将2016年10月～2017年3月治疗的患儿纳入常规组，将2017年4月～9月治疗的患儿纳入综合组，分别为37例和39例。常规组患儿平均年龄(3.89±0.68)岁；临床分型为冠状沟型、阴茎型和阴茎阴囊型分别为16、14和7例。综合组患儿平均年龄(3.68±0.53)岁；临床分型为冠状沟型、阴茎型和阴茎阴囊型分别为18、15和6例。两组患儿的一般资料比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。, 百拇医药(楚琳 赵冰茹 张琳)
