终上所述，内皮抑素30肽能有效抑制HepG2细胞的增殖和黏附，在临床上有望成为肝癌的辅助治疗手段之一，30肽对肝癌HepG2细胞侵袭与转移能力的影响及机制是今后本课题的主要研究目标。
