巴曲酶注射液治疗全聋型突发性聋的临床效果(1)

     [摘要]目的 探討巴曲酶注射液治疗全聋型突发性聋的临床效果。方法 选取2015年1月~2019年10月我院收治的80例全聋型突发性聋患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者采用用注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠静脉注射、银杏叶提取物注射液静脉滴注等常规治疗方案,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用巴曲酶注射液治疗。治疗前后进行纯音听阈测试,比较两组患者的疗效,并分析听力变化情况。结果 观察组患者的显效率为55.00%,总有效率为72.50%,对照组患者的显效率为30.00%,总有效率为67.50%。观察组患者的显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的低频区平均听阈和中频区平均听阈低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的高频区平均听阈比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 巴曲酶注射液治疗全聋型突发性聋有效,可以进一步改善患者的听力,对于中、低频听力的提高效果肯定,对高频听力的提高无明显作用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Batroxobin Injection in the treatment of total deafness type sudden deafness. Methods A total of 80 patients with total deafness type sudden deafness who were hospitalized from January 2015 to October 2019 were selected as subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by intravenous injection of Sodium Methylprednisolone Succinate and intravenous infusion of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Injection. Patients in the observation group was treated by Batroxobin Injection on the basis of the control group. Pure tone audiometry was performed before and after treatment to compare the curative effect of the two groups and analyze the changes of hearing. Results The apparent efficiency of the observation group was 55.00%, the total effective rate was 72.50%. In the control group, the apparent efficiency was 30.00% and the total effective rate was 67.50%. The apparent efficiency in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the average hearing threshold in the low-frequency and middle-frequency regions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the average hearing threshold between the two groups in the high-frequency region (P>0.05). Conclusion Batroxobin Injection was proved effective in the treatment of total deafness type sudden deafness, which could improve the hearing of patients in further. It has positive effect on the improvement of middle and low frequency hearing, but has no effect on the improvement of high frequency hearing., 百拇医药(冯玮)
