复方抗痫汤加减治疗癫痫43例疗效观察
【摘要】目的观察复方抗痫汤加减治疗癫痫的疗效。方法采用中西医联合治疗，但以口服复方抗痫汤治疗为主，对长期服用抗癫痫药物的患者，为防止病情反跳，待服用中药病情稳定后，再逐渐将西医减量直至完全停用。结果治愈12例，好转29例，无效2例，总有效率98%。全部患者均未见明显不良反应。结论复方抗痫汤加减可通过和畅气机、升清降浊作用，消除致病浊邪以达治痫之目的。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the effect of epilepsy treated by fu fang kang xian tang.MethodsPatients were treated by the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine,but the main medicine is fu fang kang xian tang.For those patients who have take antiepileptic drugs for a long period,after they have a stable curative effects with take Chinese traditional medicine,we will decrease the dose of drugs step by step till they do not take any more.ResultsRecovery 12 cases,improvement 29 cases,ineffectiveness 2 cases,the total effective rate is 98%.All the patients dont have any untoward effects.ConclusionChinese medicine has satisfied effect on the treatment of convalecsence cerebral infarction. ......
