【摘要】目的总结经纤维支气管镜氩等离子体凝固(argon plasma coagulation，APC)治疗气道狭窄患者的护理及预防并发症的方法。方法回顾性分析28例气道狭窄患者的治疗效果及护理措施。结果28例患者进行了84次APC治疗(1例26次，1例12次，1例5次，3例3次，22例1次)，完全有效13例(46.4%)，部分有效8例(28.6%)，轻度有效6例(21.4%)，无效l例(3.6%)。治疗后气促评分有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论准确的术前决策，充分的术前准备，积极的术中、术后监护处理，对保证患者手术顺利、预防或减少并发症有重要意义。【关键词】气道狭窄；氩等离子体凝固；支气管镜；护理The nursing in the treatment of airway constriction with APC by bronchoscope YANG Yi-fang, TONG Yong-qing, DENG Zhi-ping.The First Peoples Hospital of Zigong City ,Zigong 643000,China
【Abstract】ObjectiveTo summarize the nursing of argon plasma coagulation (APC) by bronchofibroscopy in treatment of airway constriction and the methods how to prevent complications. MethodsReview effects and nursing of 28 patients with bronchostenosis. ResultsTotally 28 patients with bronchostenosis were treated with APC via bronchoscope for 84 times (one case accepted 26 times treatment, one case accepted 5 times treatment, 3 cases accepted 3 times treatment, 22 cases accepted one time treatment), Full effectiveness was achieved in 13 cases (46.4%), partial in 8 cases (28.6%), less partial in 6 cases (21.4%), none in 1 case (3.6%). Dyspnea index was improved significantly (P<0.05). ConclusionAccurately preoperative decision making, fully preoperative prepare, active care in operation and postoperative are important to guarantee APC operation successful and to reduce complications. ......
