【摘要】 目的：探讨三联疗法联合双歧杆菌治疗消化性溃疡的疗效，以供临床参考。方法：选择笔者所在医院2009年3月-2011年2月收治的109例消化性溃疡的患者作为本次实验的研究对象，将患者随机分为两组。对照组患者53例，给予三联疗法治疗；试验组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上，使用双歧杆菌。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：试验组患者经过笔者所在医院的治疗，其总有效率达92.86%，明显高于对照组的79.25%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在三联疗法的治疗基础上，联合使用双歧杆菌会取得更好的效果，值得在临床推广使用。
