综上所述，在脑梗死患者动脉粥样硬化的发生发展过程中，HUA起到了非常重要的作用。因此，在制定脑梗死的预防及治疗方案时，临床医生除了需要控制血压、血糖、血脂等传统的危险因素外，尚需注意HUA的治疗，包括降UA药物、低嘌呤饮食等多方面的综合治疗，从而更好地做好脑梗死的一级预防及二级预防。
