【摘要】 目的：观察慢性泪囊炎患者鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造口的疗效，探讨影响手术效果的相关因素。方法：将确诊的21例慢性泪囊炎患者采取鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术治疗，手术在全麻下进行，术中不放置扩张管，术后用糖皮质激素喷鼻，冲洗泪道并行鼻内镜检查处理创面。结果：术后随访3～12个月，治愈率76.2%(16/21)，好转率14.3%(3/21)，手术有效率90.5%(19/21)，所有手术均无并发症。结论：鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术疗效较好，术中扩大造口骨窗充分暴露泪囊是手术成功的关键，术后定期鼻腔换药可以提高手术成功率。
