【摘 要】 目的：探讨安脱达尘螨疫苗治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性。方法：对50例变应性鼻炎患者行安脱达特异性免疫治疗，对治疗前及治疗后1年、1.5年的症状、体征评分，评价疗效及安全性。结果：治疗后评分较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义，无严重不良反应发生。结论：安脱达尘螨疫苗是一种安全有效、针对病因的治疗变应性鼻炎的方法。

    [Abstract] Objective：To evaluate the the efficacy and safety of specific immunotherapy on allergic rhinitis. Methods： 50 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR)patients received specific immunotherapy.Their symptoms，signs，efficacy were scored before and 1 and 1.5 year after treatment.Results： There was significant difference of the score between before and after treatmen.The score of after treatmen was significantly lower than before.Conclusion：Specific immunotherapy is a effective and safe method on allergic rhinitis.
