【摘 要】 目的：分析护理干预对头位难产分娩结局的影响。方法：本研究的研究对象为本院2015年1月至2017年10月收治的120例头位难产产妇，将其随机分成两组：基础护理对照组60例，护理干预组60例，统计两组的分娩结局，进行对比分析。结果：护理干预组剖宫产率为30.0%，自然分娩率为50.0%，新生儿窒息率为6.7%。对照组剖宫产率50.0%，自然分娩率为31.7%，新生儿窒息率为20.0%，统计有差异(P<0.05)；护理干预组产程时间、疼痛时间和麻木时间少于对照组，NBNA评分高于对照组，统计有差异(P<0.05)。结论：给予头位难产产妇护理干预能改善分娩结局，缩短产程时间，值得学习。
