柔性管理在骨科护理中的效果分析(1)
【摘 要】 目的：分析柔性管理在脊柱外科護理中的效果。方法：以2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的198例患者为研究对象，采取随机的方式将198例脊柱外科患者分为对照组与观察组两个组别，每组各99例患者，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在实施常规护理的基础上加施柔性管理，在护理完成后对比两组患者的不良事件发生率与护理满意度。结果：观察组不良事件发生率为5.05%，显著低于对照组的15.1%，两组比较差异显著，P<0.05;观察组护理满意度95.9%显著高于对照组的84.8%，两组比较差异显著，P<0.05。结论：柔性管理在脊柱外科护理中的效果较为明显，可提升患者对护理的满意度，降低不良事件发生率，可在临床实践中对柔性管理进行合理的应用，保证患者预后良好。

[Abstract] Objective：To analyze the effect of flexible management in spinal surgery nursing. Methods： A total of 198 patients with spine surgery in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the observation group， 99 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The patients in the observation group were given flexible management on the basis of routine nursing. After the completion of nursing， the patients in the two groups were compared. Incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction. Results： The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.05%， significantly lower than that in the control group(15.1%)， the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05); 95.9% of the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.8%)， the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion： The effect of flexible management in the nursing of spinal surgery is more obvious， which can improve the patients' satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
